Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you specified in your customer information. It may be a good idea to save this if you need to contact our customer service later. Customer service can be contacted by mail at [email protected] All inquiries will be answered within 48 hours.

Delivery

Delivery will take place at the stated address. Lessabotages.com sends out shipments every Monday and Friday. Orders have to be made before noon. 12:00 on the shipment days. Lessabotages.com normally estimates a delivery time of max. 5 working days. The delivery time is subject to external conditions that are outside of lessabotages.com’s influence. If lessabotages.com does not deliver at the time announced to the buyer, the buyer is not entitled to claim compensation.

Prices and texts

Lessabotages.com reserves the right to cancel the buyer’s orders due to typographical errors, technical issues, delivery failures and similar situations. Lessabotages.com reserves the right to typo errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, sold/disposable goods and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Shipping

The package is shipped with GLS, and a track & trace number will be provided, if the delivery service provides it.

Payment and fees

Payment by credit card is subject to card issuer’s terms of use. Once the credit card purchase has been made, the amount will be reserved on the buyer’s account. Once the supplier has shipped the ordered products, lessabotages.com issues a payment card to the card issuer. This means that the buyer can not dispose of the amount reserved after the order has been approved. The amount is first withdrawn on the buyer’s card when the goods are shipped from the supplier. There can never be a larger amount than the buyer has approved at the time of purchase. You can choose which payment method you prefer. VISA, MasterCard. Payments with VISA and MasterCard will have an card fee equal to 1.45% of the total purchase amount. Before the buyer chooses to approve the order, the fee will be announced.

Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to return the product without any further reason. However, you must inform our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. To return a product, it must be unbroken and in original packaging. The item must be returned along with the order confirmation or a copy of it. On the order confirmation, you must mark return. Important! You must return the goods along with the order confirmation or a copy of it. The shipping fee for returns are not covered by lessabotages.com. You pay the return fee yourself. Goods cannot be returned COD.

Complaints

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with a new item at no cost to you. Simply inform the customer service within 14 days of receiving of your goods. Customer service sends a franked return ticket. You must first contact our customer service to get the complaint approved and the return fee paid. A 2-year right of complaint is granted under the Purchasing Act. The warranty does not cover errors, damages or wear, caused directly or indirectly as a consequence of improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.

Disputes

Disputes based on these terms are settled by Danish courts.

Lowest age for purchase

Lessabotages.com follows the applicable law and therefore does not sell to individuals under the age of 18. By accepting our terms of payment upon payment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
